About Us

Triangle Smiles was established to foster a community-wide initiative surrounding advocacy and support for all of our community members. In March of 2020, Founder and President, Madelaine Castleman, set out to network with potential Orthodontists, create a patient pipeline, and establish the pillars of Triangle Smiles. Later, launching Triangle Smiles to the public in August of 2020, and Triangle Smiles provided its first set of braces in September of 2020. 

We firmly believe braces can greatly increase an individual's self-esteem and we recognize that not everyone has access to Orthodontic care. So, we are working to establish pathways in which our community members have access to braces at no cost. We are beyond appreciative for each and every Orthodontist, patient, and community member that has been a part of our program and demonstrated their support!
